Postpartum urinary incontinence (PPUI) is a common condition affecting women, resulting in involuntary urine leakage upon increased abdominal pressure. While not life-threatening, it significantly impacts the quality of life and poses an economic burden. Various factors, including maternal age, mode of delivery, neonatal weight, gestational weight changes, and pelvic floor exercises, influence the prevalence of urinary incontinence. Patients enduring PPUI often experience physical discomfort and psychological distress, leading to social withdrawal and reduced interaction. This study emphasizes the need for heightened awareness and effective interventions to reduce PPUI incidence, enhance recovery, and improve patient quality of life. Such measures are critical to addressing the physical and emotional toll that PPUI inflicts on affected women
