All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Computing undergo an initial editorial screening to assess scope relevance, scholarly rigour, and presentation quality. Manuscripts that pass this stage are assigned to a Handling Editor with relevant subject expertise, who in turn invites a minimum of two independent peer reviewers to provide detailed evaluations.

The journal operates a double-blind peer-review process: reviewer and author identities are concealed from each other throughout, ensuring that evaluations are grounded entirely in scholarly merit.
