The paper delves into Jesus' leadership characteristics, including servant-hood, love, and practicality, and compares them to traditional African leadership styles, which exhibit similar features. The article concludes that Jesus' leadership style, which focuses on service and love, is highly needed in Africa, and adopting this style could transform the continent and its people.
