Authors' Ethical Responsibilities
Originality and Plagiarism
- Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original
- Proper acknowledgment of others' work must always be provided
- All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software
- Plagiarism in any form constitutes unethical publishing behavior
Data Access and Retention
- Authors may be asked to provide raw data for editorial review
- Authors should be prepared to provide public access to such data
- Data should be retained for a reasonable time after publication
Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication
- Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior
- Authors should not publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal
Research Involving Human Subjects
Authors reporting studies involving human participants must include:
- A statement that the study was approved by the appropriate institutional review board (IRB)
- A statement that informed consent was obtained from all participants
- Confidentiality of participants must be protected
- Research must comply with the Helsinki Declaration as revised in 2013

Manuscripts that do not contain these statements will be returned without review.
Research Involving Animals
Authors reporting experiments on animals must provide:
- A statement that all procedures were performed in compliance with relevant laws and institutional guidelines
- The institutional committee(s) that approved the experiments
- Evidence that efforts were made to minimize animal suffering
Research must comply with the ARRIVE guidelines and should follow the:
- International Guiding Principles for Biomedical Research Involving Animals
- Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
All authors must disclose:
- Any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript
- All sources of financial support for the project
- Any relevant employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, paid expert testimony, patent applications/registrations, or grants
Disclosure Statement
This information should be provided at the time of submission and will be included in the published article.
Peer Review Process
Our journal employs a double-blind peer review process:
- Reviewers remain anonymous to authors
- Authors remain anonymous to reviewers
- Reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest
- Reviewers must maintain confidentiality of the manuscript
- Reviewers should provide objective, constructive feedback
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers should alert editors to any published or submitted content that is substantially similar to that under review.
Editorial Responsibilities
Editors of Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Journal are committed to:

Handling Ethical Issues
When ethical concerns are raised about a submitted manuscript or published article, editors will follow COPE guidelines to address them.

Anyone who believes that research published in Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Journal has not been conducted in accordance with these guidelines should raise their concerns with the editor-in-chief:
