Abstract

Health, as the foundation of wisdom and the cornerstone of societal progress, stands as humanity's most invaluable asset. College students, entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of nation-building, garner significant societal attention. However, in the wake of rapid advancements in information and material wealth, many college students often neglect their physical well-being, precipitating a widespread concern regarding their health. In alignment with the promulgation of health education policies in China, the role of physical education has evolved to emphasize national health literacy. Consequently, a systematic approach to health education for college students is imperative. This endeavor seeks to instill contemporary health consciousness, foster healthy lifestyles, promote robust mental well-being and ethical values, nurture physical vitality, and shape resilient personalities. Empowered with abundant strength and boundless energy, students can confidently confront the formidable challenges of their academic journey and future roles.
